Neon wanted to create a viral splash ahead of the release of LONGLEGS, so they reached out to Submersive.
• Together in the span of a week, we planned and coordinated a 17-and-under screening of the film chaperoned by bloody nuns.
• Submersive sourced and costumed 6 identical nuns to perfectly match a character from the film in less than a week, and managed the successful screening.
• Social posts for the screening were seen by more than one million people, and 20,000+ engaged with the posts.
• The screening itself was a huge success, and the nuns became instantly iconic on social media.
• Longlegs debuted to the biggest opening weekend box office of any independent horror film in the last decade.
